Yolanda Maria Jasso

Yolanda Maria Jasso, 53-years-old, passed away on Monday, March 8, 2010 in a local hospital after courageously battling a respiratory illness for the past several months. Yolanda’s husband, children, granddaughter, brothers, numerous family members, friends and neighbors were present at her bedside when she passed away.

Yolanda is preceded in death by her parents Gilberto Molinar and Anita M. Molinar.

Yolanda is survived by her husband George L. Jasso, daughter Melissa A. Jasso, son Christopher G. Jasso and three grandchildren. Also surviving Yolanda are her brothers Gilbert J. Molinar, Carlos A. Molinar and Joe R. Molinar. Yolanda left behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

One of Yolanda’s interests included cooking delicious meals for her family and others. Yolanda received pleasure in making sure everyone had enough to eat after enjoying one of her carefully prepared meals.

Pallbearers include Paul Jasso, Armando Sanchez, Christopher Jasso, Gilbert Molinar, Carlos Molinar and Michael Molinar.

Honorary pallbearers include Daniel Sanchez, Joe Molinar and Carlos S. Molinar.

A sincere thank you goes out to Dr. J. Gomez, Dr. A. Hajj, Dr. Anthony and the other physicians and nursing staff who provided care of Yolanda Jasso during the past several months.

Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday, March 14, 2010 at Martin Funeral Home Central reciting of the Rosary 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held 9:15 a.m. Monday, March 15, 2010 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
