

Beulah I. (Wardrip) Grigsby, 86, of Evansville, passed away Saturday, January 24, 2015, at her home. She was born October 19, 1928, in Evansville. She was a woman of faith her whole life and now has the honor to join her Savior and touch His face.
She retired in 1994 from Aramark, after 24 years of service.
Beulah was preceded in death by her husband, Vernie E. Grigsby, in 1987; son, Larry P. Grigsby; daughter, Carol J. Schwartz; her mother, Louise Wardrip; her father, John Wardrip; and six sisters and four brothers.
She is survived by her brother, Tom Wardrip; sister, Pat Devillez (raised by Beulah); daughter, Glenda Folz and husband, Alan; grandchildren, Bryant Grigsby II, Carl Doench, Katrina Schwarz, Steve McKeethen, Tammy Hammond, Matthew Folz, Loretta Boyett, Lori Devillez, Gary Devillez, Keith, Jeff and Terry Floyd, Alexis Head, and Brooklyn; great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Jason, Jamie, and Jeannie Doench, Bryant, Sean, and Julie Grigsby, Kyle and Jessica McKeethen, Tristan Hammond, Kiersten Clark, Isaac and Josalynn Folz, and Skyler Wilson; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, January 28, 2015, at Alexander Memorial Park, 2200 Mesker Park Drive, officiated by Pastor David Schwambach, with entombment to follow. Friends may visit Tuesday from 12:00 to 8:00 PM at Alexander West Chapel, 2100 West Illinois Street, and Wednesday from 9:00 AM until service time at the cemetery.
