

Wayne was an Army Veteran, having served in the Korean War and was a member of the Royal Order of Moose. He was a licensed pilot. For 20 years, Wayne worked at Eastland Mall as a security guard.
He was preceded in death by his wife Nilene, and sisters, Mae Wooten and Frances Watkins.
Wayne is survived by his sister, Hazel Chambers of Lenoir, TN; daughters, Holly Tirrell of Stockbridge, GA and Della Tatham of Asheville, NC; son, Nathan Stewart of Robbinsville, NC; stepdaughters, Nilene Parry of Bethlehem, PA and Barbara Anne Youngblood of Allentown, PA; stepson, Fred Mill of Breingsville, PA; 14 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and, caregiver and good friend, Schelece Henderson of Home Instead Senior Care.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday, February 13, 2015 at Alexander Memorial Park Heritage Chapel. Friends may visit Friday 12:00 PM until service time at the Alexander Memorial Park Heritage Chapel.
