He was born on March 14, 1941 at Lingayen, Pangasinan, Philippines, and lived in Olongapo City for many years. Tony was the middle child among the three children of the late Generoso Ramos and Gregoria Esquira.
During his early age, he worked tirelessly as a waiter, bartender, and bouncer. Afterwards, he worked in a Ship-Repair Facility at the U.S Naval Base in Subic Bay, Philippines as a ship-repair technician. On October 1996, he and his wife migrated here in Everett, Washington State, USA. To provide financial support and care for his family left back home, he worked two jobs. He was a hard-working, dependable, well-liked, and easy to work with.
He spent many hours cooking, fishing, crabbing, and when he finally retired from work; he enjoyed walking at the mall meeting friends and other people. He was a loving, kind, generous, and helpful son, dad, brother, uncle, grandfather, brethren and a friend. He was very friendly, always willing to offer help, and hospitable opening his home even to the strangers.
Tony is survived by his wife, Carmelita; his seven sons, Robert, Sony, Romel, Resty, Raymond, Anthony, and Rejay (deceased); five daughters-in-law, Ana, Dalisay, Raquel, Michelle, Argie; and nine grandchildren, Rachelle-Anne, Ronel-James, Raymart, Robianne, Roanne, Carlos-Miguel, Allyssa-Mae, Rafee, Rayver.
