

Clifford was born in Henryetta, Oklahoma on November 8th, 1942. He passed away doing what he loved best. That was working on his nine acres in Skagit County, WA. He spent his childhood in Oklahoma and Texas.
He Served in the US Air Force from 1960- 1964. Two of his assignments were Eielson Air Force Base in Fairbanks, Alaska. And Paine Field, WA as an equipment mechanic. While at Paine Field he met Patricia Stevens at a USO Dance. They were married on December 21, 1963, and celebrated 61 years of marriage last December.
Cliff went to school at EVCC for welding and general studies for two years after working at Scott Paper in Everett for about five years. He also worked at Pacific Car in Renton, Bayliner Boats as a Mechanic and drove delivering boats to all 50 states and Canada. He finished his career at rental stores repairing small engines and other rental equipment.
Cliff’s interests were motorcycles, fishing, cowboy movies and traveling the Northwest. Western United States and Texas and Oklahoma.
He is survived by his wife, Pat Overturff, sister-in-law Maureen Stevens, Niece Jackey Gray, Nephew Wayne Evans and great Nephew Sonny Wayne McKay and Family. He was proceeded in death by his two sisters, Elsie May Warren and Janice Thompson.
Clifford was truly one of the nice guys!
A graveside service for Clifford will be held Tuesday, July 8, 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at External Service Location, 4504 Broadway, Everett, WA 98203. Following the graveside service will be a reception from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Evergreen Funeral Home, 4504 Broadway, Everett, WA 98203.
