She was born August 21, 1927 in Olso, Norway and came to Everett 1948 and lived with her family various places in the Northwest. She married her husband Donald in 1951. She was an active member of Western Rosemaller Assn, Daughters of Norway, and Grace Lutheran Brethren Church. Donald preceded her in death in 1998.
She is survived by her daughters, Mary Ann Berg of Portland and Elizabeth and her husband Kim Moore of Arlington, and her granddaughter, Sarah Bowen of Everett.
A visitation will be held prior to the service from 8 – 10 AM, Monday, July 26, 2010. A graveside service will follow at 11:00 AM at Evergreen Cemetery. A celebration of her life will follow August 21, 2010 at Grace Lutheran Brethren Church in Lynnwood, 3223 164th St. S.W., Lynnwood, WA 98087.
In lieu of flowers donations may be to the ALS Foundation.
