

Joseph Clarence Weller, of Everett, WA, passed away peacefully at the age of 70 on November 17, 2022. Joseph “Joe” was born in Everett, Washington on April 6, 1952, to Joseph and Delores Weller. He was the first of six children.
Raised in Everett, Joe graduated from Everett High School in 1970. As a young adult, he started working for his father at his restaurant, where Joe fell in love with the restaurant business and his wife at the same time.
Joe and Pam followed their dream and opened their first restaurant together in Everett, Weller’s Milwaukee Station Café. Later relocating to Mukilteo, Joe spent the next 16 years building relationships, friendships, and a community with his customers at Weller’s Speedway Café, before retiring in 2017.
Joe was one to wake up early, work tirelessly, and give everything to his business and his customers. He was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Joe was an avid community supporter. He often gave everything and asked for nothing.
He enjoyed being outdoors, spending many years out on his boat fishing with his wife and kids. He never missed his kids after-school events and always put his family first. He generously spent his extra time giving to his community, volunteering, and being there for anyone who needed a helping hand. He loved watching all sports and was an avid supporter of the Huskies and Seahawks.
Joe leaves behind his beloved wife of 36 years, Pamela Weller. Daughter Krystal Chambers (John “J.T.”), and stepchildren Kirstin Simmons (Vito) and Cameron Cecil, and his grandchildren. He also leaves behind five siblings and large extended family. Joe is proceeded in death by his mother and father, Delores and Joseph Weller, son Cody Cecil, and grandson, Henry Joseph Chambers.
A celebration of life will be held for Joe at a later date.
