We miss you, Grandpa. So, much. You have been with me, so many times. In my thoughts and in my heart. I still think of you first when exploring a new vitamin or supplement, when I need a recipe, or when I just have a general question about you, our family or our history. I'm glad that you were able to pass so much on to Tiffany and others, but it still hurts to want to ask you first.

You have always been the glue that held this family together, kept us in touch. Somehow, I feel that we have lost that. Pandemics don't help, and I'm glad that you were not here to witness this madness. 

You are forever in my thoughts, I love you eternally. Give Dad a hug for me ❤

 I hope you're happy up there. 
That somehow I'm making you proud. 
Maybe by staying strong?
Or my art I'm sure you would have liked had I ever thought to show you. 
Maybe by my grades, which I'm trying to get up. 
Or by reaching out to help myself. 
By praying here and there for you, though I'm not really religious. 
I hope you're not in pain anymore, that you can finally relax. 
That you can see grandma again. 
And know how much you're loved by all who was left behind down here.

God knows you deserve to be up there.

Larry was a true hero, even though I doubt he thought of himself that way. He reached out to those in need & cared for EVERYONE, regardless. His dedication to his loved ones was NOT out of any obligation, but out of TRUE LOVE & caring. "Papa" always treated me like another family member, even though I am only Vickie's Best friend. He was the most generous, kind, hard-working person  that I have had the pleasure of knowing. 
I honestly believe that People come into our lives for a reason, bringing something we must learn & we are led to those who help us most to grow, if we let them & help them in return. I can only hope that I left some small handprint on his heart like he left on mine! By knowing him, I have been changed for the better. Love you Papa Larry ! You will be missed here on earth!

Last Thursday a wise, caring man left this earth. He was able to leave in no pain, with his family all around. I will miss you Grandpa, but you will always be in my heart. Rest In Peace.

papa you did more for me then i could ever imagine. You treated me like a son, and to me you where my dad. the time i was able to spend with you one on one taught me to be the person i am today. you influenced me in every way! my hope is i can grow up and walk in your shoes follow the path you have paved. you where amazing in everyway and i am so glad you went in peace. your life was a blessing to me and everybody around you. I prayed to god when you where in the hospital, i asked him to show you all his mighty power and greatness when you passed. So my hope is that you where blessed with everything god has to offer, because you deserve it more then anybody i know. You where the most selfness man but the most greatful, i have seen you cry, laugh, mad, happy, joyful, and sad. But my memorys of you will always be happy ones. Papa i can never thank you enoguh for what you have done for me, so the only thing i can do is try and live like you lived. This will be very challenging you set the bar pretty high =] i love you, i miss you, and most of all im happy for you. You are now in the best place you can possibly be in....heaven=]

What to say at this sad time. Larry I will miss you. I enjoyed our phone times and visits over the years.Shareing what God was doing in our lives and in our childrens lives .I will miss you but will have fond memories too. See you soon.

For Lawrence's family,
How thoughtful it was of Tiffany to e-mail me of your dad's, grandfather's, uncle's death.  From what has been written, he must have been quite a loving person and meant a great deal to all of you.

I remember Lawrence in high school but  have lost track of him, except we did have an address so we could send him invitations to Johnstown High School reunions.

Sorry we can't make it to the funeral.  Larry was faithful to call every Christmas.  Our love and prayers go out to his family and friends.

I have never known anyone more selfless and loving than Grandpa. Blood never mattered, if you were with him, you were family. I miss him with all my heart but I feel blessed to have had the time we shared.  I love you Papa

Our Lives on earth is just a very short time. Dad was a person that used his time on earth to show us compasion, love, sympathy, support, and gave you a feeling of comfort. I will truly miss this in my journey here. Dad will you watch over us and support us from above? I know he will !!!

He was the most accepting, understanding, loving man who had more Faith than anyone I have ever known. He will be greatly missed by all.

Because of distance, I only met him a few times in my life.  I always enjoyed visiting with him.  He was a true blessing to our family.

He took me under his wing when I came to Washington to change and begin a new life. He showed unconditional love to all, the love he received through Jesus. He now joins the angels.Next to our Father.  Tell daddy I say hi, Uncle Larry.  Love you.

He would be the first person to tell you he was not perfect, but he was always the quite calming presence in my life that allowed me to become the person I am today.  Few can say that they have known unconditional love, I consider myself truly blessed to have received my father's unconditional love!!

Believe me I did not make that easy to do sometimes, but he was always steadfast and true.  I will always remember that and try my best to pass on what my father taught me.

I love you Daddy!

Greatest Grandfather and Great Grandfather a person could ever ask for. Full of love and always wanting to help everyone in his life. 
Grandpa you will be missed dearly. As usual your always in my thoughts.

Always there when I needed him. If he didn't have the answers, he knew where to find them. I will miss him, my heart is sad.
