Lloyd Robert Erickson of Lake Stevens, Washington, left us to be with his late wife Arlene on October 14, 2022 at the age of 91. His daughters Lori and Karen and son-in-law Jim were by his side.
Lloyd was born June 7, 1931 in Lowell, Washington to Earl and Grayce Erickson. Lloyd is survived by his daughters Lori (Jim) Hubbard, Karen (Jim) Crowley, Cheryl (Ron) Turner, 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 2 pups Sugar and Tucker. Lloyd was preceded in death by the love of his life, Arlene.
After meeting at a restaurant in Everett in 1950, Arlene and Lloyd were happily married for 67 years. Lloyd spent 2 years serving in the Korean War and married Arlene when he returned from the war in 1953. Together Lloyd and Arlene raised their three daughters and enjoyed time with family and friends. Lloyd was a kind and quiet man that looked forward to hearing updates on what his kids, grandkids and great-grandkids were up to each day. He attended school and sporting events and was always present for his family’s milestones. He liked spending time with his dogs, working on projects around the home, following current events and stock market updates. In between spending time with family, Arlene and Lloyd enjoyed traveling to Harrah’s Casino in Reno and to Angel of the Winds Casino. After Arlene’s passing, Lloyd cherished the time spent with his family. While we miss him greatly, there is some solace knowing that he and Arlene have been reunited.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.Evergreen-FH.com for the Erickson family.
