She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Marvin Van Noy in 2006; her son, Douglas Mitchell Van Noy in 2009; her son, Ralph Cameron Van Noy in 2021; daughter-in-law, Diane "Stormy" Baker in 2006 and her parents.
Merab Belle is survived by her son, Daniel L. Van Noy and 3 grandchilren.
She will be laid to rest in York, Nebraska in the family plot where her parents are buried.
