Pamela Mitchell passed away at the age of 56 on April 21, 2015 at her residence in Ocean Park, Washington. She was born on the June 19, 1958 in Kirkland, Washington. Pamela graduated from Tolt High School in Carnation. She enjoyed enjoy baking, sewing and spending time with her children and grandchildren. Pamela was preceded in death by her parents, Victor and Irene Mitchell, also her second husband, Russ Simons. She is survived by her loving children Felicia Bowser, Sharon (Raul) Arellano, Scott Simons, and Michelle (Steven) Mata; her siblings Patricia Gibson, Bruce (Colleen) Mitchell, Mike (Debbie) Mitchell, Marv (Patricia) Mitchell, and Lynette (Kelly) Mitchell; as well as seven grandchildren Evan, Raul, Zoila, Isabella, Lillian, Marisol, and Luna; and her first husband, Ronald Bowser. She was well known as an extremely loving and caring person.
