Walter Ewing born August 25, 1954 and passed away November 17, 2016 from complications of ALS (Lou Gehrigs) in Tacoma WA. Walt is Survived by his beloved wife of 33 years, Sandi, 3stepdaughters, Katherine Mahoney of Fargo, Pamela Collins of Everett WA and Lori Heidish oh Deltona Florida,2 sons Jonathan of California, and Dustin of Reno Nevada.. Walt has a combined family of 8. Grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Walt was preceded in death by brother, Robert and his mother and father. Walter loved the military and all military veterans. He was a life member of the American Legion and a member of the Fleet Reserve. His passion was the Snohomish County Council for the homeless. He volunteered with the Catholic community Services where he drove fellow vets to their doctor appointments or grocery shopping. He was selfless and patriotic like no other. His favorite phase and testament to his beliefs was. " For God and Country". We will miss you Walt.
