Wendy Jeanne Knudson

Age 62, of Snohomish, WA passed away surrounded by her loving family on February 20, 2014. Wendy was born to Don and Beverly Rider in Seattle, WA on November 21, 1951. Wendy spent 31 years working as a bookkeeper before retiring in 2006. She enjoyed sewing, traveling, playing bingo, going on road trips and to movies, shopping at Nordstroms and spending time with her grandchildren, children, and nieces. Wendy is preceded in death by family members, Royal and Grace Bartlett and Don and Beverly Rider. She is survived by her husband, Donald Knudson; by her children, Donald Anderson and Jamie Lucas; by her sister, Linda Johnson and by her four grandchildren, Krew and Talen Anderson and Elliott and Amelia Lucas. Wendy was always thankful for all the family and friends she had in her life. She always went the extra mile for anyone that needed help. Her heart was as large as an ocean and she will be greatly missed by all those who loved and knew her. In lieu of flowers, Wendy's family requests that a donation be made in Wendy's name to The American Liver Foundation. A Memorial Service for Wendy will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Evergreen Funeral Home & Cemetery, 4504 Broadway in Everett, WA, beginning at 5:00pm.
