Roseville, Ca
Bryan passed away on Thursday March 28th at his home in Roseville comforted by his children, Saxon Hall & Sarah Ouellet, and after a short hard-fought battle against Leukemia.
Son of Keith Hall & Lorna Thorson, Bryan followed his father’s footsteps into the world of construction at a young age finding his career as a Sr Electrical Estimator. Bryan served as president of the Sacramento Chapter of the American Society of Professional Estimators for the last 12 years.
Growing up in Orangevale then Granite Bay enhanced his love of the outdoors, something he learned to appreciate from his grandparents Leona and Earl Vincent and the quality time spent with them in their Orangevale orchard or in the mountains hunting and fishing with them and other relatives. He shared this love of the outdoors with his own family leading them on many adventures as his children grew up.
Saxon and Sarah and his older sister, Cris Gerard, were with him in the last months of life. He was thankful for that and to be able to reach out to a few dear friends. Living a comfortable life the last few years, just he and his two Blue Chow dogs, they were well known and a welcomed part of his neighborhood.
If you knew Bryan, you will know that when you said goodbye, he would always respond with something that included “I love you” or “God Bless you brother” and he meant it from the bottom of his heart.
Bryan is survived by his former wife Kimberly Diehl Hall, children Saxon Hall and Sarah Ouellet, sisters, Cris Gerard, Kelli Thorson and Sherry Jonas. See his face and hear him laugh and he is remembered for the gentle, grumpy soul he was.
