

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our cherished mother. She departed this world peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and unwavering strength. Her presence graced our lives, and her memory will forever be etched in our hearts.
Her Life and Legacy
Faye M Neibaur was born on August 14th, 1930, to Harley and Vera Hutchinson. She grew up on her parent’s farm in Lincoln, CA with her brother Harley Hutchinson Jr. After leaving home for college she worked for the Sacramento Bee Newspaper as a secretary which is where she met and fell in love with Leo J. Neibaur a photographer. They married in 1952 and raised 3 children. She retired from her career as a secretary with the State of California after almost 30 years. Throughout her life, she dedicated herself to her family, friends, and all those who were fortunate enough to know her. She approached every challenge with courage and offered wisdom, comfort, and joy to everyone around her. She taught us the value of honesty, hard work, and kindness, and her love was a constant source of strength.
She is survived by her loving daughters Lori McMahan and Janice Neibaur and Daughter in law Barbara Vorous; grandchildren, Nichelle Bankston, Danee Coleman, Justin Prasad, Lauren Snow, Natalie Yeaton, and Jacob Johnson, Great grandchildren Benjamin Bankston, Zachary McMahan, Ryleigh Ruggerio, Mason Coleman, and Kinsley Snow. She is preceded in death by husband Leo J. Neibaur, and son Thomas Neibaur. Her devotion to family and friends was unparalleled, and she cherished every moment spent with all those who knew and loved her.
Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her own family. She welcomed friends and neighbors with open arms, always ready to offer kindness and support. Her generosity touched countless lives, and her legacy will continue through many.
Celebrating Her Life
A memorial service will be held March 20th, at 11:00 am. Mt Vernon Memorial Park. 8201 Greenback Lane, Fair Oaks, CA, 95628 to celebrate her remarkable life. We invite all who knew and loved her to join us in honoring her.
