He is survived by his wife of 54 years Dovie Marie Steele, only Daughter Rachael Lee-Steele Reprogle, Son in-law Daniel Joseph Reprogle, 2 Grandsons Syrus Steele Reprogle & Logan “The Boy” Steele Reprogle, Sister in-law Sharon Elaine Steele, Nephew Peter “PJ” Spooner, 3 Nieces Nikki Lynn, Kelly Gean Orrett, Kamryn Alayne Sanchez, and 7 Cousins Cheryl Ann, Valerie, Linda, Lisa, Darrell, Peter & Michael
He is preceded in death by his Mother Dora Lee Dahl, Father Whitey Dahl, his only Brother Robert “Bobby” Steele & many other family members.
He was born in Los Angles, Ca. August 21, 1948, raised and lived in Riverside County for 51 years where he meets his wife and raised his daughter. Served Selflessly in the United States Marine Corps from 1966 to 1970 fought in the Vietnam War, honorably discharged with rank of Sergeant. In 1999 moved to Cameron Park Ca. started Steele’s Towing with Dovie, lived happily with his Wife, Daughter, Son In-law and Grandsons retired after 17 years. On October 14, 2021, He passed away peacefully with Family by his side.
