He is survived by his wife Joanne Kowalski, seven children, Julie Sanders of Cayucos, California, David (Blanche) Kowalski of Phoenix, Arizona, Mary (Larry) Baze of Roseburg, Oregon, Ruth (Chad) Kowalski of Ione, California, Peter (Laurel) Kowalski of Orangevale, California, Matt (Debra) Kowalski of Roseville, California and John (Ramon) Kowalski of Manhattan Beach, California. 6 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife Anita, brothers Raymond, Jerome, and Elter, and sisters Gertrude, Eleanor, Emilie, Lorene and Elsie. He is also survived by his brothers Joseph Jr., Robert, Wilbert and Richard. Per his wishes he was taken to Mount Vernon Memorial Park and Mortuary for cremation. Memorial services are pending.
