Born on April 27, 1962, at the University of Santo Tomas Hospital in Manila, Philippines, Maria was the beloved daughter of Milagros Montano Guintu and Abundio Banzali Guintu.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biological Science from California State University, Hayward, in 1988. She went on to build a successful 30-year career in hazardous waste and sales management, admired for her intelligence, work ethic, and leadership.
She was a devoted wife to Ben Espinoza and a loving mother to Beatriz and Angelo Espinoza. Her family was her greatest joy, and she gave them her unconditional love, strength, and support every single day.
Full of life and laughter, she had a magnetic personality that lit up every room. Her warmth, humor, and generous spirit made her the heart of every gathering.
Her memory lives on in the love she shared, the stories she told, and the joy she brought to all who knew her.
She will be missed dearly and remembered always.
