Salwa Demian, 56, of Roseville, California, passed away May 1, 2012, at her home in Roseville, CA. Born June 26, 1955, in Cairo, Egypt and received a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting. She was the daughter of Monir Abdmeseh and Juliette Demian. Salwa was a Program Specialist with Franchise Tax Board for the past 18 years. She was a member of St. Mary's Coptic Orthodox Church. On February 1, 1975, she married Safwat Demian in Cairo, Egypt. She was preceded in death by her son Sameh and her daughter Mary. She is survived by her husband Safwat; daughters, Dalia & Riham of Roseville, CA; mother Juliette of Cairo, Egypt; brother Reda of Ocala, FL; sisters, Ragaa of Cairo, Egypt and Mona of San Diego, CA. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, May 6, 2012 at 2:00pm at St. Mary Coptic Orthodox Church, 200 Cirby Way, Roseville, CA 95678. Burial will follow at Mount Vernon Memorial Park, 8201 Greenback Lane, Fair Oaks, CA. Reception to follow at St. Mary Coptic Orthodox Church.
