Hey Amu Shahab!! 
It’s been a while but I wanted to say hello again. It’s currently 5:02am and I’ve been up all night thinking about  the holidays spent together and your wonderful, contagious laugh. I miss your hugs and your kind and welcoming voice. I remember the crazy fun camping trips and scary stories by the fire. Also I think about you every single day, I think about your BBQ’s and pool parties and I just think about you... you were one of my best friends and losing you was one of the most difficult things I have ever had to cope with. I know you are in a great place, looking down after all of your family. I love you so, so much!!

Andrea I am so sorry for your loss.  I wish I could be there tomorrow.  Know that I am praying for you and your family. 

Dear Shahab,
The memories I have from you are from my childhood years and your teenage years! When we all used to live in Sacremento and when we were surrounded by our lovely families. Good old days!!! You inspired us in playing basketball and taught us to swim. You were always kind to us like a big brother! Too bad I didn’t get to see you after that but my Dad always used to say how kind you were to him whenever he visited you. You are both in heaven now! Rest In Peace cousin💔😭 you will always be in our thoughts and hearts. Sending love and prayers to Amou Kambiz aziz, Shiva aziz, your lovely wife and children.

Shawn, I know I have only seen you once in the  last few years, but we were like brothers when we worked together. The great laughs, the great skiing, the great golf, and your great smile will never be forgotten. I will truly miss you brother. 

My thoughts and prayers go out to Andrea and the family. I hope you can find peace in this difficult time. 

I can't believe I am writing this on your birthday big dog. I loved you so much and you were so so dear to me, since i was a little kid I wanted to be just like you! You were kind, generous, and full of love. You were more than a brother to me, and always, always had my back no matter what. When you left, so did a part of me. I can never replace you but I will always remember you, and promise to always be there for your beautiful kids because they are my kids now. I will see you on the other side brother.

Shawn you will be extremely missed but your energy was far too powerful & beautiful not to live on inside us all forever...Having the honor of meeting your amazing family members, coaching your talented son, speaking with you one on one when we would walk off & have our chats as well as seeing the unconditional love in your eyes for your family as well as the kids you coached out there on the football field is second to none. Thank you for teaching us all that it’s okay to love loudly.. very loudly with great pride. There isn’t a doubt in my mind that we won’t carry your spirit with us & know you are watching over us rooting for us to have a great time doing whatever we’re doing. Shawn, I remember how kind and funny you were when we met at a sushi event! You and your wife shared a lot of our favorite things too. I’m so sorry we didn’t get to spend more time together. I’m thankful for the times we spent in Tahoe or enjoying sushi. You will always be in our thoughts as a fantastic man, amazing father and incredible husband. Rest In Peace. Lisa Liss

I'll always remember the pure joy Andrea that you showed as you were planning your wedding with Shawn. It made my heart smile then, and today, after hearing of his sudden passing, brings both sadness and comfort to know you and he had quite a few years together, and together, you guys brought 2 beautiful children into our world.
