Alvaro Valdemar, Sr. entered into eternal rest on Saturday, October 3, 2020 at a hospital in Houston, Texas at the age of 83. He was born on March 28, 1937 to Camerino Valdemar and Petra Villarreal Valdemar in Encino, Texas. Alvaro worked for many years as a Welder with SEPCO until his retirement. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan and loved his family.
Alvaro is preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Annabelle Valdemar and brothers, Arturo Valdemar, Camerino Valdemar, Jr., Arnold Valdemar, Aristeo Valdemar and Benjamin Valdemar.
He leaves behind to cherish his memories his three sons, Alvaro (Elizabeth) Valdemar, Jr., Israel (Wendy) Valdemar and Daniel (Rebecca) Valdemar all of Humble, Texas; sisters, Angela King of Denison, Texas and Flora Longoria of Bryan, Texas; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Rosary will be prayed at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 2020 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Falfurrias with Visitation beginning at 2:00 p.m.
