Esperanza “Hopie” Cisneros Villarreal entered into eternal rest on Friday, July 31, 2020 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 46. She was born on August 22, 1973 to Jose “Pepe” Lopez and Margarita Gutierrez Lopez in Weslaco, Texas. She was a housewife and enjoyed selling Paparazzi Jewelry in her spare time. Esperanza loved playing with her children, especially board games, and arts and crafts. She spent a lot of her time making arrangements for her son’s gravesite for every special occasion and holiday.
Esperanza was preceded in death by her father, Jose Lopez; son, Carlos de Jesus Villarreal; stepson, Carlos Villarreal, Jr. and mother-in-law, Estella “Irene” Villarreal.
She is survived by her husband, Carlos Villarreal of Falfurrias; three daughters, Maria, Morellia and Micaela Villarreal all of Falfurrias; her mother, Margarita Lopez of Falfurrias and many extended family members whom she loved.
A Rosary will be recited at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Falfurrias with visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow at the Falfurrias Burial Park.
