Priscilla P. Garcia entered into eternal rest on Friday, February 16, 2024 at her residence in Ramirez, Texas, at the age of 70. She was born on November 29, 1953 to Noe Perez, Sr. and Elva Hinojosa Perez in Falfurrias, Texas. Priscilla worked many jobs in her past, her last and favorite being a Teacher’s Aide for Ingleside ISD for over four years. Through these careers, she was able to meet many people and became very well known in Ingleside.
Priscilla loved the Lord and she made it her mission to make sure everyone she knew had received salvation so she could one day see them again in Heaven. She was a giving person and would never hesitate to help anyone with anything they may need. Lending a helping hand was something she was passionate about. She always made sure her husband and family were well taken care of and had full bellies with her great cooking.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Priscilla leaves behind to cherish her memories her husband, Carlos G. Garcia of Ramirez; son, Thomas A. (Roxanna) Garcia of Ingleside; daughter, Corina (Rodney Garner) Garcia of Fort Worth, Texas; brothers, Noe (Minerva) Perez, Jr. of Ben Bolt, Texas, Alex (Leonor) Perez of Beeville, Texas and Joel (Norma) Perez of Premont, Texas; sisters, Maria (Meleton) Garza of Austin, Texas, Martha Manson of Sandia, Texas and Norma (David) Cantu of Baytown, Texas; six grandchildren and their families, Stephanie (Eric Misner) Rudat, Zakary Rudat, Orlando Rene Del Bosque, Jr., Ricardo Del Bosque, Lamar Del Bosque, Kristina Del Bosque and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Pallbearers will be Zakary Rudat, Gabriel Garcia, Noe Perez, III, Adam Perez, Arvin Pardom, Rene Garcia, Jr., Jose R. Garcia and Isaul Tijerina. Honorary Pallbearers are Mark Jackson and John Meenaghan.
Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, February 23, 2024 at Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Falfurrias with a Rosary to be recited at 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Ramirez and services will conclude with Burial at the Garcia Farm Family Cemetery off Hwy 339 in Ramirez.
