Rosa D. Perez entered into eternal rest on Sunday, August 27, 2023 in Corpus Christi, Texas, at the age of 79. She was born on September 17, 1943 to Juan Soliz and Antonia Cantu Soliz in Hebbronville, Texas.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leonardo Perez, Jr. and her siblings, Artiz Soliz, Alonzo Soliz, Juan Felipe Soliz, Arcellia S. Morales, Alvaro Soliz and Anibal Soliz.
Rosa leaves behind many fond memories that will be treasured by her son, Leonardo (Leslie) Perez, III of Laredo, Texas; daughters, Carmen (Fred) Holguin of McAllen, Texas, Cynthia Munoz of Hebbronville and Rosa Dalia Perez-Lujan of Corpus Christi; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and numerous extended family members.
Rosary will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, September 1, 2023 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Hebbronville with Visitation beginning at 8:30 a.m. Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Hebbronville and services will conclude with Burial at New Hebbronville Cemetery.
