Sandra O. Cerda passed away on Tuesday, December 19, 2017 at a skilled nursing facility in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 66. She was born on November 14, 1951 to Francisco Angel Cerda and Marina Martinez Cerda in Laredo, Texas.
Sandra is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her three brothers, Oscar J. (Leticia) Cerda of San Antonio, Texas, Victor I. (Diana) Cerda of Helotes, Texas and Francisco A. (Elizabeth) Cerda, Jr. of Salado, Texas; sister, Marina (Ben) Yzaguirre of McAllen, Texas; 11 nieces and nephews, Oscar Cerda, Alexandra (Jacob) Perry, Danielle Cerda, Victoria Cerda, Anthony Cerda, Corie Cerda, Cason Cerda, Carissa Cerda, Jennifer Yzaguirre, Ben Yzaguirre, III and Vivian Yzaguirre and one grand-niece, Rylie Cerda.
Rosary will be prayed at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Hebbronville with visitation beginning at 5:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, December 22, 2017 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Hebbronville. Burial will follow at the Cerda Family Ranch Cemetery on Martinez Road in Jim Hogg County.
