August Scoloaro, 85, a lifetime resident of Forest Park passed away April 18, 2013 at The Hines V.A. Hospital in Maywood. He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years Marie “Blondie” (Johnson) and a Great Grandson Joshua. He is survived by his children Mary Ann (Rich) Barger, August (Debi) Scolaro, Terry (Steve) Watson, and Vicki (Mike) Stisevic. Loving Grandfather of Rick (Kelly), Cari (Jim), Gina, Anthony(Alyison), Andrew, Carin, Shane, Gus, Danny, Alexa, and Chuckie. Great Grandfather of Brett, Cami, Ben, Hailey, Abigail, Nathan, Jacob, and soon to be Baby Scolaro and Baby Watson. Fond brother of Mary Jane Levin, Antoinette Scolaro, and the late Joseph Scolaro. Many Loving nieces and nephews. He was the longtime owner of West End Meat Market and Gussie’s Deli in Forest Park. Visitation Sunday 2 to 8 PM at Woodlawn Funeral Home 7750 W. Cermak Rd., Forest Park. Funeral Services Monday 10 AM at the funeral home. Interment will take place in Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside.
