Hazel M. Grant, age 92, of Oak Park, Illinois passed away on Tuesday July 23, 2019. Beloved mother of Ludlow, Georgia, Patrice (Leonard) Morrison, & Robert Ramsay and the late Hopeton Robertson; cherished grandmother of Ashley, Omari, Aaron, Simone, Kristen, Rohan, Opal, Patrice, Roxanne, Kevin and Brian; dear sister of Hyacinth, Gloria, Alvyn, Basil, Sheila and Roy; fond aunt and great aunt of many nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Hazel will be held Friday, August 2, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, IL 60130. Funeral service will occur Saturday, August 3, 2019 11a.m. at Woodlawn Funeral Home.
