A visitation for Jesus will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, Illinois 60130. A final viewing at the funeral home will occur Wednesday, April 13, 2022 from 8:30 AM to 8:50 AM at Woodlawn Funeral Home with a mass to follow at St. Agnes of Bohemia Catholic Church, 2651 South Central Park Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60623 at 10 AM, followed by a committal service at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery & Mausoleum, 1400 South Wolf Road, Hillside, Illinois 60162.
