Joseph Charles Sifrer, 69, of Berkeley, Illinois passed away on June 17th, 2023. Beloved son of the late Joseph and the late Genevieve. Loving brother to Steve (Terry) Sifrer, Dennis (Jean) Sifrer, and Dan (Tina) Sifrer; treasured uncle to Nicole (Dan), Michelle (Frank), Jenny (Stephan), Missy (Michael), Sarah (Dustin), and Matt (Megan). He will also be remembered by many cousins, great nieces and great nephews.
Joseph attended and graduated from Proviso West High School. He proudly served in the United States Army. He worked in the world of art including drawing, graphic arts, painting and leather work, which were also his pastimes including gardening, cooking and woodworking. Joseph will be best remembered for being funny, sarcastic and witty.
Friends and family will gather for a visitation for Joseph that will be held on Thursday, June 22nd, 2023, from 10 am to 1 pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, Illinois 60130.
