A visitation for Juanita will take place on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 from 3:00pm until 8:00pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, Illinois. A funeral mass will be held in Juanita's honor at St. Agnes of Bohemia Catholic Church, 2651 South Central Park Avenue, Chicago, Illinois on Wednesday, August 10, 2022 at 10:00am. Interment is private.
