Peter was a kind and gentle soul who brought joy to everyone he met. He had a childlike spirit and loved nothing more than watching cartoons, dancing to Michael Jackson, and playing with his Spiderman plushy. He was also a huge fan of superheroes and had an extensive collection of comic books and t-shirts.
Peter is survived by his mother, Minerva, his stepfather Joseph, his brother Jason, his sisters Robin and Jenny, his brother-in-law Jimmy and deceased father Robert Tinoco. He will be forever remembered for his infectious smile and his ability to make everyone around him feel loved."
