Virginia C Sodt

Beloved wife of Robert Sodt. Loving mother of Sheryl (Edward) Szczesniak, Lisa Arnold (Kenton) and Robert (Dawn) Sodt. Cherished grandmother of Hope, Bradley, Nathan, Kesi, R.J. and Trevor. Virginia was preceded in death by her sister, Helen Lois Lotz and brother, Lee Vaughn.

Virginia was a long time member of The Church of Christ in Berwyn. She was a dedicated nurses aid for 17 years assisting patients at Colonial Manor in LaGrange. She also worked at British Home in Brookfield and Holly Court Terrace in Oak Park.

Virginia will be dearly missed by all of her friends and family.

A visitation for Virginia will be held on Thursday, August 4 from 5:30pm until 8:00pm with a service from 7:30pm until 8:00pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 7750 West Cermak Road, Forest Park, Illinois. Interment is private.
