Adam Allen Dunn

Adam Allen Dunn, 33, of Fort Wayne, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at his home. He was born January, 8, 1983 in Fort Wayne. He was a 2001 graduate of Carroll High School and studied at Ivy Tech College. Adam was a kind and loving father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. He will be remembered as a generous, passionate and caring soul, and by his infectious smile. He enjoyed spending time with his family at the lake, music, hunting, fishing, and playing disc golf, but most of all he adored his son, Preston. He is survived by his beloved son, Preston Dunn; devoted parents, Kathy & Steve Levendoski; loyal brother, Matt (Britney Wasson) Dunn; darling nephews, Caleb and Austin; step-brother, Cory (Emily Rauner) Howard; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends. He is also survived by Preston's mother, Nichole Antonsson; Preston's brother, Tristen, whom he loved as his own. He was preceded in death by his father, Gregory Dunn; his grandparents; and other very close relatives. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at 2:00pm, with calling from 12-2pm at Hockemeyer and Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne. A Celebration of Adam's life will follow immediately after the Memorial Service at The Eagles F.O.E #248, 4940 Bluffton Road, Fort Wayne. Children are welcome.
