Andrea L. Parker

Andrea dedicated 27 years of service to Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., retiring in 2004. She was deeply involved in her children’s lives and activities, serving with the PTA, coaching softball, and acting as a Girl Scout leader. Andrea had a lifelong love of animals, especially her beloved dogs, all of whom preceded her in death. In her later years, she enjoyed traveling for casino trips and spending time playing bingo.

She is survived by her three children, Kimberly (Jeff) Bokel, Keith Parker, and Kris Parker; her grandchildren, Emily and Logan Bokel; her sisters, Stephanie Heidenreich and Victoria Persaud; her sister-in-law, Linda Joyce Augustyniak; and her dear best friend, Donna Parkerson.

Andrea was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Parker, in 1999; her twin brother, Anthony Augustyniak; and her sister, Regina Impert.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46835. Visitation will take place prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Humane Fort Wayne.
