BERNARD A. "BERNIE" GRIESER, 60, of Spencerville, died on Monday, April 11, 2011, at his residence. Born Dec. 16, 1950, in Allen County, he was the son of the late Cletus and Luella Grieser. He worked for Vulcraft, St. Joe, Ind. and was a member of Pine Hills Church. Surviving are his wife, Sherri; sons, Brian (Kimberly) Grieser of Ida, Mich. and Chad (Nicole) Grieser of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Luke, Jolie and Kylie Grieser; soon to be grandchild, Benett Grieser; brothers, Merlin (Mary) Grieser of Lansdale, Penn., Dwight (Carol) Grieser of Goshen, Curtis (Connie) Grieser of Pueblo, Colo., and Don (Sena Fitzpatrick) Grieser of Pine Hills, N.M.; and sisters, Rosalyn (Roger) Ledyard of Lancaster, Penn. and Lynette Slaubaugh of Goshen. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Darwin Grieser. Memorial service is 11 a.m. Friday, April 15, 2011, at Pine Hills Church, 11331 Coldwater Road, with Pastor Mike Drury officiating. Calling is from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 14, 2011, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road.
