Dianne Bradt, 83, of Lagrange, Indiana passed on to her Lord and Savior on Saturday, August 17, 2024. Dianne taught Kindergarten for several years for Fort Wayne Community Schools. She worked for various floral shops. Co-directed at Sylvan Learning Center for five years (with her late husband, Ron). Dianne has spent the last several years in Bradenton, Florida with her husband, Bob during the winter. She was very active and participated in water aerobics, lawn bowling, and was also a board member at Gulf Lake Estates. Dianne spent many hours hand quilting several quilts for friends, family, and babies. Spending time with family and being outdoors brought her the greatest joy! Dianne spent most of her life volunteering and serving her Lord through Fort Wayne Friends Quaker Church and other congregations, more recently as a Presbyterian. Dianne is survived by her husband, Robert Bradt, whom she married in 2011; children, Kristie (Todd) Jacobs of Fort Wayne and son, Kip Kuhn of Kailua, Hawaii; grandchildren, Trevor Jacobs, Spencer Jacobs, Parker Jacobs, and Mikayla Kuhn; and the Bradt family. Dianne was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald L. Kuhn of 47 years; her brother, Dr. David Peters; and parents, Everett and Madonna Peters. A celebration of life gathering will be 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne.
