Douglas was an over-the-road truck driver, and is survived by his wife, Deborah.
A Memorial Service will be held at 7:30pm on Thursday, November 18, 2021, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St Joe Road, Fort Wayne, with a calling to precede the service, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00pm until time of service, also at the funeral home.
