MICHAEL R. "MICK" LEVITT, 73, of Fort Wayne, died on Thursday, Oct. 20, 2011, at Visiting Nurse & Hospice Home. Born Dec. 5, 1937, in Muncie, Ind., he was the son of the late Roy Levitt and Vallie Rogers. He retired as a division sales manager from Con Agra Dairy Foods in 2003. He was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. Surviving are his wife, Beverley A.; daughter, Shannon M. Young of Fort Wayne; son, Christopher M. (Alicia) Levitt of Fort Wayne; grandchildren, Michael, Gabriella and Brianna Young, Grace and Jacob Levitt; and four brothers. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 24, 2011, at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, at the corner of Trier and Reed Roads, with calling one hour prior. The Rev. Father Anthony Steinacker officiating. Calling also from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 23, 2011, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
