He is survived by his family and friends at Mental Health America of Northeast Indiana, Covington Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center; and was compassionately cared for by Heartland Hospice of Fort Wayne.
Funeral service will be 1pm, Monday October 23, at Hockemeyer & Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne. Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
