William Harold Hurst, 58, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Monday, December 4, 2017 at Parkview Regional Medical Center. He was born on January 9, 1959. He is survived by friends and family at Mental Health America, Easter Seals ARC, and Indiana Mentor. Funeral Service will be 1pm on Monday, December 11, 2017 at Hockemeyer and Miller Funeral Home, 6131 St. Joe Rd., Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior.
