Douglas Allen Peck

Douglas "Doug" Allen Peck passed away at his home in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Tuesday, 18 May 2021. Doug was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. His sunset after a long courageous battle with cancer at the age of 58.

He was born to John and Bonnie Peck of Killeen, Texas on January 17, 1963 in North Carolina. He graduated from Killeen High School in 1981 and spent seven years in the United States Marine Corps as a Military Policeman. He worked for the Department of Corrections in many states to include: TX, OH and CO. He retired from federal service at Fort Carson, CO in 2019. Doug is predeceased by his father John Peck Sr., his brother Steven Shayne Peck and a son Joshua Reed.

Doug is survived by his wife Jeanette, two sons Johnathan of SC, Justin (Natalie), two granddaughters Chloe and Emilie, and grandson Jameson Peck. His mother Bonnie Peck, sister Lisa (Jerry) Lisenbe; brother Johnny (Pamela) Peck, Amber (David); identical twin Dennis Peck; special friends David, Lena, Randy and numerous other family members.

Private funeral arrangements and burial were entrusted to Dove-Witt Family Mortuary and Pikes Peak Veterans National Cemetery, Colorado Springs, Colorado, 17 June 2021.
