

Peggy J. Jackson, wonderful mother and incredibly caring soul, passed away on December 21, 2021 in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She was born in Colorado Springs on April 15, 1946, the second of three children born to the late Lyle and Margaret Murr.
Peggy graduated from Falcon High School in 1964. She was a beautiful soul who chose a career in nursing and received her diploma from the Penrose Hospital School for Practical Nurses in 1966. In addition to her excellent ability to care for others she was also great at diy home improvements. She was resourceful and all of her belongings served a purpose; she always had a fix for any problem you had.
When Peggy wasn’t working she loved to vacation with her family. When her children were younger she made it a point to vacation in fun new places that her children were excited to experience. She also had a love for animals that was heartwarming to witness. She was selfless.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, loving children, Laura Jackson and Lynnette (Bryan) Hoy; grandchildren, Devin, Kyla, Kyle, and Avalynn; great-grandson, Johnathon; sibling, Phil (Jeanie); sister-in-law, Winnie; as well as many wonderful nieces, nephews, and friends.
A celebration of life for family and close friends is scheduled for Saturday, January 29, 2022 at 12 p.m. at Lynnette’s house, 4934 Witches Hollow Ln. Colorado Springs Colorado. If you plan to attend please text Lynnette at (719) 310-9358.
