Sherry A. Breckenridge

Sherry A. Brackenridge, our beloved wife, mother and grandmother, was called to be with our Lord on September 22, 2010 at the age of 62.

Sherry was born March 15, 1948 in Deadwood, SD to Oscar and Germaine Holmgren. She grew up in Rapid City, SD with her two sisters, Pat and Kathy. While still in high school she fell for the love of her life, Robert W. Breckenridge. Happily married for 42 years, she raised four children, Rob, Mark, Shereyna and Trevon. She was further blessed with four grandchildren, Adam, Baruch, Natalie and MaKayla. Sherry had one adopted brother, Ben Roberson.

Sherry was a fun loving person who enjoyed the simple things life had to offer. One of her favorite things was baking and decorating cakes. But her passion was helping others. Sherry looked forward to each year when she roasted the turkeys for Discovery High School, where she was called the Turkey Lady. She treated everyone she met as one of her family and was affectionately known as Mom to all who knew her.

Sherry is deeply loved and will be greatly missed
