Dear Betty,

We have so many fond memories of you and Joe, of times at Phoenixville Presbyterian Church and in Chester Springs.  Whenever we were working on a church or "Shorty" project, the time spent was always better when Joe was working with us.  His humor and gentle spirit made the endeavor fun and his wisdom was often exactly what was needed at the moment.

I am so glad that Kris and I were able to visit with Joe and you at Christmas last year. 

I'll always remember the year we stood together united in one voice as singing tenors. Joe was a friend and mentor and sometimes even a fellow conspirator/defender the many times that we needed to hold our ground in the back row of the Choir loft (usually defending the organist)!

Dear Betty and Family,
So very sorry to hear of the passing of your beloved Joe.  I had the pleasure of working with him at the Cancer Center.
He made each day a little better for so
many. He was a very special man.  Keeping you in my prayers.

Dear Betty and family; I haven't seen any of you for many years. But we talked about you often. I guess this is what happens as the large families dwindle. I know some families whom Joe transported to the cancer center and they enjoy  his smiles. God will continue to keep you in his care and all of you are in my families prayers. I often wondered where Joe 3rd was. Remembering all the Bridenbach reunions.
