He is survived by his wife Mary Frances Seay of 49 years. He had two daughters, Cheryl Lynn Outland (William) and Mary Glen Pence. He had 6 grandchildren, Greg, Storie, Brian, Amber, Alyssa and Brooke. Along with 4 great-grandchildren, Ian, Carter, Aiden and Liam. He s also survived by several aunts, cousins and friends. Leroy loved hunting and was a carpenter by trade. He worked for AD Whitaker until he retired in 2016.
A funeral service will be held at 9 am on Monday December 5, 2022 at Mullins & Thompson Funeral Service, Fredericksburg Chapel, with a burial to follow at Sunset memorial Gardens.
