Cecil Arthur Webb passed from his life on earth to his heavenly reward on Friday, December 30, 2022.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Lorraine Fix Webb and his parents Mary and Paris Webb.
Cecil is survived by his children Laurie Phalen and Will Webb (Joelle Gilbert), his granddaughters Maggie, Katie, Ally, Emily and numerous loving relatives and close friends.
Cecil loved God, his family, friends and church. All who knew him will miss his soft-spoken, gentle spirit.
A celebration of life will be at Wright’s Chapel United Methodist Church, 8063 Ladysmith Rd, Ruther Glen, VA 22546, with Pastor Charles Tillapaugh officiating on Friday January 20, 2023 at 1:00pm. Interment will be private.
