Elizabeth was born in Philadelphia, PA, on the 18th day of April, 1931. Raised in a working class family, with nine brothers; one older, and eight younger, she set off to see the world at a young age. While working as a banker, in the Lone Star state, Elizabeth met her future husband, William Molder, as he was serving, proudly, in the United States Navy.
Married on the 29th day of January, 1959, Betty and Bill set off on an adventure traveling the world. Living in exotic places such as, Thailand, Hawaii, and New Jersey, Elizabeth truly made each place, home. As a wife, and as the mother of two boys, she did more than learn how to “cook and sew”. She took pride in becoming a master chef, seamstress, and healer of wounds, all the while, supporting her husband and sons, in each and every endeavor. As clever as she was skilled, just one of her many talents was completing the Washington Post crossword puzzle, daily...in pen.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband, Bill, but is survived by her two sons, James and Thomas Molder, her two daughters in law, Stephanie and Lisa Molder, and two of her younger brothers, George and John English.
A funeral Service will be held at Quantico Nation Cemetery on Thursday, August 1, 2019, at 11:00am.
As a lover of animals, Elizabeth would ask you to donate to the S.P.C.A., in lieu of flowers.
