Francine Carol Steiger, 79 of Fredericksburg passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026.
She is survived by her children Matthew, Leah, Rebekah, and Deborah; 7 grandchildren; and her sister Barbara.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at 1:00 pm in Pleasant Valley Memorial Park, 8420 Little River Turnpike, Annandale, VA 22003.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, cancer.org/dignitymemorial, in memory of Francine.
