Frank "Bob" Robert Bal, 74, of Stafford, Virginia, passed away Saturday morning, September 16th, 2023, peacefully at home. Bob was born in Ronceverte, West Virginia on November 4th, 1948.
He had a passion for racing cars and playing baseball.
Bob is predeceased by his parents, Frank & Flora Bal, and left behind his daughter, Rayna Bal, granddaughter, C'aira Westebbe, grandson, Todd Bal, and great-grandchild, Solëë Bal-Brooks.
As per Bob’s wishes, no funeral or service will be held.
