He was preceded in death by his daughter, Erin Fines.
He is survived by his loving wife, Diane; four daughters, Jackie Layman and Carrie Halsey, Elizabeth Newton and Christina Rodgers; and son Brandon Fines; two sisters, Helen Love and Phyllis Norris; numerous grandchildren; and his beloved cousin, Joyce Bailey.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 22, 2021 at Hollywood Church of the Brethren, 225 Ferry Road at 11:00 am, with Pastor Rick Ritchie officiating. The family will be receiving friends an hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be held at a later date.
